5 Stars! Face to Face Spa in Westlake is AAA-Mazing!! I’ve been going here for a little over 6 months and it is exactly what I need to take a break from a busy work week. It’s got a calm and relaxing, yet posh and clean vibe. Their management (Emily in particular- always greets me with a smile and asks me about my day– she knows her clients and it shows) and staff is fantastic and having gotten massages and facials on a regular basis for 10 plus years, I can honestly say THEY KNOW what they are doing at Face-to- Face Spa. Everyone is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on all of their products. Two weeks ago I had a facial from Eden and she did a remarkable job. I had mini peel that day per Eden’s guidance and my skin looks fabulous. I have actually been asked recently if I have new make-up because my skin is glowing. 5 Stars! I was in Texas last week for a family emergency and needed a break from it all, and this was THE way to do it. I did the ultimate facial with microdermabrasion and the entire experience was wonderful. I don’t know about you, but a good way to get in my five-star reviews is to offer me a mimosa within the first two minutes of my arrival. I sipped the fabulous beverage while filling out paperwork (thorough, but not annoyingly long) in the relaxation room. This place is all about the customer and I really needed it. Alex was terrific and had such a gentle touch. When she walked me out, she made a product recommendation that wasn’t pushy or over-the-top (and after just a couple of days trying the retinol she recommended, I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without using one). 5 Stars! Just got my first facial at the new Face to Face Spa in Westlake. Beautiful location!! My husband surprised me with a spa day, and Crystal made my day perfect. Thank you, Crystal! The Avery Ranch location is closer, but I will definitely have to take a road trip to Westlake once in a while to get a treatment. I’ve been a member since March 2011, and the spa keeps getting better and better! Jenny has done an amazing job creating a wonderful spa experience, and the staff is amazing! 5 Stars! I love this place and the staff is amazing. They are very competent and customize your experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The staff took time to go over home care to maximize my results. The results were out of this world – the results were equal to procedures I had had but were a tenth of the cost with a fifth of the down time – WIN! WIN! WIN!
