Clear Steps to Spa Franchise Success

In just six simple steps, you can be on your way to owning a Face to Face med spa business that provides specialized skin care services to individuals in your community.

Introductory Call

After expressing initial interest in spa ownership, you’ll have a 30-minute introductory call with our franchise sales team to learn more about the benefits and opportunities available.

Franchise Disclosure Agreement

We’ll provide you with a franchise disclosure document (FDD), which describes the legal responsibilities, roles, and requirements of each party should we decide to develop a franchise relationship together.

Signing this document in no way obligates you to purchase a franchise.

Observation Day

Come explore our corporate headquarters with our management staff. Here you’ll learn more about what it means to be a Face to Face Spa franchisee and experience our operations first-hand.

Final Review

Following a final review of your application and visit, we’ll notify you of our acceptance decision. During this step, we will also conduct a credit and background check.

Franchise Acceptance

Once we’ve offered you a Face to Face Spa franchise, you can sign the Franchise Agreement, pay the initial franchise fees, and begin the actual process of owning a Face to Face Spa.

Opening Day Preparations

Congratulations! You’ve now become a part of the Face to Face franchise family. To prepare for opening day, we’ll assist you in choosing a territory, conducting your business plan development, selecting a facility, and offering comprehensive training.

We understand that starting a franchise can come with a lot of questions that require thorough answers. For that reason, we’ve compiled a list of our most commonly asked questions so you can feel confident in starting this new spa ownership journey.

Under the Federal Trade Commission’s Franchise Rule and state franchise laws, we can’t tell you how much you can make, but what we can provide you with is a sneak peek into our franchise disclosure document (FDD) which includes some helpful information on the financial performance of Face to Face Spa® franchise locations.

While it never hurts to leverage your spa industry experience as you become a franchise owner, Face to Face doesn’t require previous knowledge. We do, however, require that all candidates have prior business management, sales, or marketing experience, though no professional license is required.

We’re simply searching for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality spa treatments to those in their community. Our franchise team will provide an extensive training program designed to help you succeed as an industry expert.

Our current initial franchise fee is $39,000. Royalties are 5% of gross sales. Marketing Fee is 1.5% of gross sales. Learn more about our annual fees and requirements on our opportunities page.

Unfortunately, Face to Face Spa does not offer financing opportunities. But we’d be happy to provide you with a list of preferred lenders and finance brokers who are familiar with our business model and can guide you through the process.

Absolutely! We don’t believe in limiting our franchisees to just one location. If you have your heart set on multiple areas in your state or across the country, we’d be happy to assist you in opening your doors! In fact, many of our owners have chosen to purchase two or more Face to Face spas in order to provide upscale medical-grade services to their community and beyond. Extensive discounts are given for additional locations.

Our franchise agreement lasts for ten years, with a renewal option for an additional ten years.

Each location comes with its own unique timeframe, but we estimate it will take around six to eight months from the time you sign your lease to the exciting day when your Face to Face spa is up and running. The most time-consuming aspects of opening your new business include finding the perfect location, working out lease details, handling the build-out and necessary permits, and training employees. Thankfully, you’ll have our team of franchise experts behind you every step of the way to ensure a smooth grand opening.

As you venture through the franchise ownership process, you’ll receive comprehensive on-site training (40 hours) and classroom training (120 hours) to ensure you’re fully prepared to run a successful Face to Face Spa. In addition to pre-opening assistance, operations support, and marketing management guidance, we also offer online access to training and support tools—available whenever you may need them.
